One angry customer wrote this about Pottery Barn on sitejabber.com: I just received the Pottery Barn Teen, Blaire tall dressers. With tax and delivery fee, I paid over $1,000. Wow, I wish that I had done some homework beforehand. It is beyond cheap, horrible, disappointing quality - wow, unbelievable rip off. Worse than IKEA furniture quality... :( I would like to give -10 stars, if I can, compare to its price
Former Employee - Assistant Demand Planner says"I worked at Pottery Barn Teen full-time Cons: Poor pay, management, work/life balance, morale, systems."
Former Employee - Manager says"I worked at Pottery Barn Teen full-time for more than 3 years Cons: The company culture is toxic, management from the top down do not care about you and actively promote unsafe and mentally unhealthy working enviroments. If you work on the retail side you will never be given the optio to move to the corporate side"
Former Employee - Associate Store Manager says"I worked at Pottery Barn Teen full-time Cons: Not enough payroll, like every other retail environment."

Michelina D says"Worst experience with customer service. Product Was faulty. Still waiting for a replacement and no one in customer service can help! They keep saying it is being escalated and still no response! Sent a couple of emails and still no response. Fantastic customer service Potter Barn, thank you. Don’t waste you’re time. Product costs are high and quality is definitely well below standard."
jami henriksen says"Horrible quality. Bought a sectional was told they stand behind their products spent double on sectional. Within two years back seams are falling apart. Does not back to wall or have anything that runs it to justify seams falling apart. Cushions do not hold shape. Customer service will not address as its 2 years old. A 8,000 dollar couch should hold up more than 2 years."
Cat says"Pottery Barn has gone downhill over the past 3 years. I use to get quality products delivered in perfect condition. Now, you are lucky to get what you ordered. I ordered a pillow cover and received a Christmas tree. Huge hassel because then they took forever to get me the credit. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. ONLY SHOP IN THE STORE if you have to. Best to shop eslewhere."
